Title: Creating The Nighttime Effect On Ntsc Sidewinder

Ok am almost done with my 2nd edtion of Assassin mod just need some1 to help me make the whole of sidewinder darker not like pitch black just like 343 gulty spark or truth and reconciliation,just a little harder to see.
Tryed almost everything swapping stuff and adjusting the fog to no avail.
Have added the nighttime sky and planets anybody know how to do this its all thats holding back a great mod.
