Title: Mods Aren't Working

I patched the cache file with the mod using HHHT 1.32 with the bloodgulch jungle level, but when I load blood gulch it's runs as normal.  I got fresh files by deleting them, then running blood gulch, and it says blood gulch when I load cache003 on HHHT.  Then I put the cache003 file back on and loaded blood gulch, and it works as normal (not modded)...  anyone know what I did wrong?
