Here are two PPF files. One will patch the DEFAULT.XBE and the other will patch the ISO image of Goblin Commander:

Also, if you want to really fiddle around with this game, there are loads of human-readable scripts. There are even some skirmishes intended only for the Gamecube and PS2 versions that can be unlocked. Take a look at
/data/scripts/game/gcgamemgr.txt
