Hi,
how do u downsample audi files ? all the people in this forum are talking about, but nobody can say how to downsample audio files !!! I wanna do this with the audio files from GTA VICE CITY in the audio folder. i mean the .wav files. i know how to downsample the wma files. i have downloaded the xbox adpcm codec, but i dont can downsample the audio files.
PLz help me
