Title: .xsh Texturefiles Editable?

Doesn't work with all xsh files though. Some will look scrambled. There's still no fix for this, i've been comparing XSH (xbox) and FSH (pc) files from NBA LIVE 06.
The files that work are practically the same on both platforms, the xbox ones that look scrambled are WAAAAAY different from their PC counterparts.

Scrambled files are just swizzled... search this forum for a generic unswizzler.

Is there a program for pc to edit these files? I've tried searching here and some other places but can't find anything..
