Title: New Xbox Hack Site Help Needed

I am working on a new site that will have hacks for most xbox games.(by that I mean not just halo, but halo is most def. included)

I am looking for a team of people who have the skills to work on this project and be admins for the new site. I am looking for people with one or more of the following:

Photoshop Skills
Flash Animation Skills
Web Design Skills (html)
Web Design Skills (php)
MySql Knowledge
Creativeness (if thats a word)
Xbox Game Hacking Skills
Forum Knowlege (admin)
and
IRC Knowledge

If you have one or more of the above skills please make a post and if possible a sample of something you have done.

i know some PHP and a lot about forums IPB specificaly...i have my website in PHP, and i have IPB forums

IPB = Invision Power Board
If you don't have a forums picked out yet, i HIGHLY recommend it. Lots of features, and easy to use. These forums are in IPB, and if you want to check mine out,  forums.infraded.com

I've done many skins, shells, IRC scripts, and love the gimp! (photoshop too) Some game hacking as of late... and love to edit the hell outta GTA's:)

So far it looks like the site is going to be launched with GTA hacks to match the recent launch of GTA. If you have any GTA hacks please let me know.

EDIT: forgot to mention something..i also know my way around a mysql database (i have a php site, and several forums, if you have those and don't know any thing about mysql, your in trouble)
and of course..i know about some game hacking

Ive got the forums up, and the site layout done. Just need to start adding stuff and touch up some of the graphics with photoshop. If Odb718 gets to work anytime soon the site will be up in a week or so, maybe a tad bit longer.

Well here is a screen of what we have done so far, Im gonna get a screen of the dowload area later tonight. Remember, this is a very beta stage of the site. Not all graphics and touchups are done.

a idea for teh banner are maybe use a overlay or something on the left side where all that  - space its, and put like "EliteModz"... just an idea, cause that like Half of teh iamge in - space

i did a site with a similar layout, but i had a 760x175 flash header, and custom did all the header (menu title ) graphics,  news captions, caption titles, put a flash  navbar with sound,  custom designed all the forum graphics and an has online store...

but i got paid $600...
