Title: Ripping Madden 2004 Instant Replays

uhh.gif Besides using a video capture card. Does anyone know if there is any possible way to rip the instant replay's one might save after devistating a friend in Madden. Wanted some way to rip the movies to a common format to e-mail to people.

Any help or pointers on where to find the info. Didn't find anything usefull under the searchs.
