to use a ppf get PPF-O-MATIC 3, get that here

when u open that program,click open on iso file,in the bottom drop down box where it sez cd image,choose all files,and select your cache file u want to patch.
in the patch box,agen make sure its on all files and select your ppf patch and press apply. that simple
