Does anyone know a way to use it against the covenant? not just bumping an elite and killing marines?

If i switch the biped of cyborg to the elite, and replace the pistol with the energy sword, will i be able to use it against the covies maybe?

How to on The Two Betrayals---- First, replace B0 C3 32 81 (offset E46F478) with C0 CE 07 81 (offset e46af98)
Then Choose a suitable weapon the elite carry (I recomend the plasma pistol or shotgun since you start with those) with AC D7 2C 81 (offset e468b78)

I got the master chief to hold the plasma sword in single player.  You swing it by hitting melee, but it doesn't do damage, and I don't know how hard or easy itwould be to add damage.  Probably just a matter of telling it to use a melee jpt! of another weapon, but I haven't looked into it enough.  You have to hack the plasma sword a bit to make it so non-covenant can use it, and it's a little advanced.

Seriously dmauro, you rock... i've read alot of your posts, they helped me learn alot but that would be frickin' sweet if you helped us learn the whole plasma sword thing... (especially in multi...but that would be impossible... for now)

Well, it didn't work for me, but at least now I found out that the Elite Special doesn't freeze when you go through a loading zone...

Like he said, it's advanced-and if I were him that's all I'd say. If he DID post how to do it, he'd probably get a flood of e-mails from people who just aren't going to understand, and that's a headache he probably doesn't need.

It's not that cool because I haven't made it so it does damage yet anyways.  Maybe after I release my mod I will play with it more.  If I figure out how to get it to do damage, I will try to import it into multi (I will just use something else for the models probably)
