LOL! Never heard of it. But I have some pretty nice dudes I trained myslef.

I don't see why it's not possible. I mean, when you train a drivatar, it is accessible from any profile. SO wouldn't you just need to copy/paste a drivatar into your save folder and ti will work? I'm just not sure where they are stored.
