I have no idea, but if you would care to pass me over that program that you use, I will try myself.

Try inputing your HD Key into the HD Key file. Then resign it and check to see that the sig's match. Changing the name is just like changing other bytes of data in which would need a resign, and the only way Forza works is when you have the online key and your HD Key.
