Well the easiest way is to download a piece of software called ISO Producer. It's free and is designed for creating PSX ISOs. However, the best way is to create a BIN/CUE file as some games (e.g. Worms Armageddon) require a BIN/CUE file in order to run, and ISO Producer creates (surprise, surprise) an ISO image.

Fiddle about with the options in Nero and try creating a BIN/CUE image. Otherwise, find another piece of software which does.

The software I use for creating bin/cue images for use in this emulator is CDR-WIN.
Works a treat.

Well I've always used Alcohol120% since it has the option when extracting the image,
it'll give you the option to chose from various file types, img, iso, bin/cue
you'll need bin/cue for the emulator though
