Something strange is happening with streaming and ftp. As you can see my pc and xbox both share the wrt54g for internet access and networking. When I first fire up XBMC it can stream movies from the PC and the PC can ftp into the xbox. Leave XMBC running for 5mins and they loose connectivity between each other. Internet access is still fine and my laptop can access both the pc and xbox but they can no longer communicate between each other.
Any ideas why it would initially work then after 5mins drop out? I am stumped.

yes, FlashFXP is an FTP client program that many people use, and by default the program will automatically close connections if you don't do anything for a little while. however, you should be able to just reconnect immediately with no issues.

Thats the problem, you can't just reconnect.
It won't let you reconnect until restart xbmc, its the same with streaming files from the pc to the xbox, it works for a while but leave it sitting for a couple of minutes and then the xbox can no longer access the PC's shared folder. I am starting to think it could be a router configuration problem. More than likely WET mode on my wrt54g.
I just posted here hoping someone might have the same configuration.
