Title: Installing Xbmc

Hi Guys

Just downloaded XBMC onto my PC and Unzipped it to my desktop. I now have a folder called XBMC with a series of folders and files inside.

Can someone please give me a rough idea of how to install this onto my Xbox? I have Avalaunch as my dash.
