Title: Video Capture?

Are there any trainers, apps, etc. that record the games you play and send them to your xbox hard drive or another pre-determined place, such as an ftp location or somewhere else? If so, what is its name and where can I find it?

If you have a debug dash on your Xbox and XDK installed on a PC you can capture while playing.
But the easiest... well safest way would be to hook your Xbox up to a VCR or DVD recorder.
