Title: Need Detailed Guide To Viewing Comics On Xbox

cbr is a renamed RAR file - cbz is a renamed ZIP file. You can't convert one to the other by renaming them.

XBMC supports reading from RARs but it may be that it only recognises cbz as a valid file extension for doing the comic mode image viewer. If you extract the comic with winrar and recompress it as a zip that should work. Also, if you just rename cbr to rar then XBMC will be able to browse its contents, but I don't know if it will display them the way you want for comic viewing.

T3CH's builds of XBMC come with every codec/plugin supported.

Xcbr really does not work well at all. You are much better off using xbmc to view your comics. the XCBR app needs a major massive upgrade, virtually has no features and seems to be very picky on what it will load and what it wont

No idea what version of XBMC slayers has, don't care, get it from xbins.

Read the XBMC manual on their wiki, the XBMC forum's stickied posts, and/or the README that comes with XBMC?
