PxHDD Loader requires the game folders to be in the format PxGame xx. There is a file called gamelist.txt which is the actual list you see in the menu.
I am currently researching this for myself, for when I change the game names and resave, it seems to make no difference. The game names stay the same as they were. PxHDD Loader is caching this file elsewhere prior to running the application I think. When I find out for sure, Ill get back to u.
