I am having this same problem. In the readme, it says:

- If you're behind a proxy, you can configure it in the Options Manager too.
It's in "Network options > HTTP options > HTTP proxy"

My xbox's IP on the network is 192.168.8.20, so I put that IP in Network options > HTTP options > HTTP proxy under "HTTP proxy (host:port)(char):"

I saved my options and that still didnt fix the problem. I cant figure out how to get this thing connected to the internet for the life of me. I looked, and there is also no .ini or .xml config file. Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I cant find a FAQ anywhere

chances are you are NOT behind a proxy, so leave that stuff blank.
It doesn't have an .ini or .xml cause it will use the IP settings from the last dash you loaded.  So make sure the settings in your dash (esp DNS) are set up correctly for you to access the internet.

I don't think you'll find a direct link for this.  Just hop onto #xbins and get it.  wink.gif

cgt32, i downloaded the newer version and it did the same thing as yours (not load) so i downloaded an older version off xbins and it works fine.  I dont know why but you could try that

my question: i think my dns is not set up properly. do i use the dns of my main connection to internet or something else?

Yea you can use it from your main internet connection.  run an ipconfig /all on your pc or view your dns whatever way you know how and use those same settings for your xbox.

Can mouse work via a hub with kb on same port?
I got logitech duo and they both go on same port (only way they can go as it's 1 usb plug to IR device) , like some other apps, kb appears fine but mouse was a no go.. sad.gif

People reported them not working.
Keyboard/mouse support in the XDK librairies is rather basic (it is here primarily for debugging), it is clearly stated in the doc that not all devices will work.
And I can't do much about that.

Setting up a bridge means making your PC with 2 NICs act as a "merger" between 2 networks. The whole bridge has 1 common config (IP, subnet mask...) and it relays traffic from one network to the other as they were the same.

And sorry, I said I'd try to make a quick-fix release last week, but then I decided to rewrite  the async DNS lookup engine first. Shouldn't take ages.

Linksboks is giving me guff as well.  Just displays a black screen and freezes.  May have something to do with my 1.6 box.

edit: nevermind.  it was fixed with nkpatcher5, which runs debug code

Hey thanks for clearing that up. Bummer for me as that was one of the reasons I bought it ... back when they were over $200 sad.gif ... oh well that'll teach me for making foolish purchases.
