Do those games keep save files on E: that you can delete?

yes try deleting the saves then.  That won't delete the programs.  Let me know if it helps.

that worked great, however, it still does it everytime, is there a way to not have to delte the file everytime i quit runnig doom or boxplorer? Its kind of dumb to have to do that everytime, but thank you for the help!

Try deleting all the files in the following locations
E:\cache
X:\
Y:\
Z:\
