Directly from the readme....

------------
Installation
------------

- Download the PC version of Beats of Rage from the following location:

      http://senile.mine.n...ge/download.php

- Upload the BOR.PAK file to a directory on your XBox

- Upload the DEFAULT.XBE file to the same directory on your XBox

- Run the DEFAULT.XBE file

the default.xbe that you downloaded is only the executable that takes place of the beatsofrage.exe (or whatever it is) that would normally be run on a pc.  This program along with many others use external files to work correctly. In this case it would be BOR.PAK which may contain sounds, music,  or textures etc. this file does not need to differ at all from the one that the pc uses. On a side note I must say that this game has great music.
Quake2x uses the same priniciple as this except you are using many more pc files that come directly off the quake2 cd.
Good luck. Hope you get it working.
