Title: Dvd2xbox 0.54

Im having trouble installing this, everytime I have downloaded this program from various sites it seems to be missing the .xbe file..Is that normal. If so what are my next steps. I have ver 0.53 and it works great...

missing xbe file..... you haven`t dloaded a compressed iso file?
and you found this dvd2xbox where? the usual places...xbox-scene..
