if u use qwix u can do that as it has some tight integration with avalaunch..the requirement is u must be running avalaunch as ur dash and qwix as ftp client on ur pc and u can easily do that.

Yes qwix is very stable when it comes to that and it will work perfectly for what you want to do.

I know if you use EvoX as your dashboard, you can issue a raw FTP command with the syntax: EXECUTE [DEFAULT.XBE], filling in the appropriate XBE filename. I'm not sure if the command is the same or similar with Avalaunch.

I think he's asking if he can launch .xbe's that are located on his PC hard drive through Avalaunch's FTP client connected to his PC's ftp server. And in that case, I don't think it's possible to launch a remote .xbe on that box from the PC. But to launch an xbe on the Xbox from the PC is pretty easy, if that is what you're asking.

If its to slow, how come?? can someone explane please... dvd = 8mb/sec ??? network is 100mbit/sec, ???

wouldnt this be possable with bios ftp? that would maintain an ftp connection the whole time the box is on correct?
