Georg Acher managed to make the complete Linux USB stack work in Cromwell: You can now use the Xbox controller in Cromwell/Xromwell's boot menu. Cromwell will be enhanced to be a complete boot menu now. This is also good news for the OpenXDK project: They may now be able to adapt the USB stack to their code.

The major hurdle of OpenXDK was controller input. Now that Georg has created a USB stack for the xbox controller (input) the OpenXDK should progress at a *very* quick rate.

As me and caustik had discussed the contest, the sole purpose was to motivate people to work on the usb stack. Now that it has been accomplished, there is no need to motivate developers to work on it.

I believe caustik has, or is, going to speak to Franz about implementing it into the CVS.
