XPR files are "Xbox Packed Resource" files.
If you have the XDK, you can look at the sample code.... but most are very specific tot he game, and require offset lookups which aren't available.
The font "xpr" files, however, are usually readable, because the only resource is a standard Font format for Xbox games.
