Title: Tsop Flash Help

i dont really know where to put this, so im just gonna take a guess and put it here. anyway, i've tried to flash my bios using this guide. it says flash not writable yet iv soldered this right points and everything. anybody have any suggestions

Are you getting a message similar to: "Manufacturer's ID 09 Device ID 00"
If so, what is it?

yes thats exactly what im getting. any idea why?

That means it's your soldering. Double check that you're soldering the right points for your motherboard, clean the TSOP points, scrape them VERY gently with a craft knife to get rid of any surface oxidisation, and use lots of flux.

so remove the solder from the points and resloder them

Yes. Also, if you have a multimeter, you can check your soldering joints with it. Take a close look at those joints. All 4 points (the two pairs you joined with solder blobs) have traces which lead to either pads or other components nearby allowing you to confirm continuity between your newly bridged points.
