I also noticed that XBtool apparantly doesn't support bios 5032/35
Use x2 Config Maker or X2ool to edit the 5xxx series.

Thirdly, when using xbm, i loaded up the "x2_5035_v16plus_512k.bin" file in bank 1 and it automatically merged bank 1 and 2 together, was I supposed to do the same with bank 3 and 4 to make the file size 1mb?
So you have a 1.6 Xbox? If so you do not want to downgrade to X2 4981 because it does not work on 1.6 Xboxes. If you do not have a 1.6 Xbox, you shouldn't be using that bios. It merged the two together because it is a 512k bios. It is not necessary to make it a 1mb bios.

6. Edit the boot order with a program made for whichever bios you use.
Could you explain that one a bit more please? I heard about hex editing the x2config.ini file but I couldn't get round it as it was all in hex. :/
Also, is it possible to have bios5035 on both banks only with different boot sequence?
Thanks for your responce, dude.
Edit: I've just found out that you can change the dashboard load order in X2ool, so I guess that solved one of the problems?
