Title: How Can I Buy An Aladdin Or Duox ?

I've always wondered this, but never bothered to ask anybody.

Most current modchips come flashed with some form of a Linux Cromwell BIOS, usually "FlashBIOS".  This is completely legal and it is the reason why modchips can be sold.  Am I correct?

Now, the thing that would make a modchip illegal is if it was preflashed with an illegal / hacked BIOS because it contains copyrighted MS code.  Am I correct?

Therefore, wouldn't it make sense to say that Aladdin and DuoX 2 chips (the blue ones) are illegal?  I have always found this interesting.

most if not all chips are preflashed with LEGAL bioses or no bios at all. i dont think u can buy chips with an ILLEGAL bios.

blue duox2 chips are shipped with hacked bios pre-installed
