Title: Changing 'x' Picture At Start-up..

I want to use a picture that I supply the xbox to replace the 'X' picture at the startup screen. Im trying to customize my parents xbox with the ind bios, but I cant figure out how to change the 'x'. I would like to get a picture that I have in there somehow. Its a .bmp file, but an pretty familar with Photoshop CS2 so converting file types wont be a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it needs to be in .x format, so you'll need to be good at modelling. check out this post
