the evox d6, evox m7, and the evox m8 for sure i have used all of them on my own box and i have a 160gb working correctly. you can use the bios you have you just will only get 137gb of use out of it untill you flash it then you will have to reinstall everything. so it is best if you upgrade your bios now. if you use xbtool or something you can edit a ton of bioses to use the big hard drives.
