Cromwell can only boot Linux. So your only choice is to download Linux based "eurasia_pro_generic_flash_disc_1_2.zip" with raincoat to do the flashing. Use Eurasia disc to boot, then put in a CDRW with bios file and the raincoat.conf file with the right entry for your flash type.

Another way is to use Gentoox rescue disc with Linux + raincoat to do the flashing.
