Title: Bios Editing

Ive got the Evox M8 v1.6 06 bios from slayer's auto-installer 2.6, and I want to edit it. So this is what I think I should do. I made a back-up of my bios with the slayer CD and FTP'd it to my PC and used EVTool to change it. Now my question is how do I reflash it? Ive read tons of tutorials and threads, but im not sure how to do it and dont want to murder my Xbox.
