hi guys looked around and found this http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=414296  would this way of softmoding work with a crystal xbox uk model if not is there a way to do it...

Don't use the UXE installer it's out of date! Get the Ndure installer. It won't be a problem then I think but better wait for second opinion (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

both UXE and Ndure work on all xbox versions. Ndure is the newer one and offers more features

I've used both UXE and Ndure on my Crystal box.  But Ndure is much better.

Ok lads will give it a go got 007 and A/R8mb just searching xbins as we speak for relevant files, any pitfalls i did to watch for??

Then only thing I would recommend doing is not using AR cards with large saves such as this.

Ok one more question wots this about dvd draw does this mod allow me to use xbox as normal  ie. open draw stick disk in close draw and load game through evo or any dash in the same way as if it was chipped..
