Title: Mod-chip Detection Problem
Post by: xXx808xXx on October 21, 2004, 04:03:00 AM
Hi, I am trying to fix the error 16 problem of my xbox so I am trying to flash my mod-chip with a bios that would skip the ms clock detection.  I am following the tutorial found at http://www.teamxecuter.com/x2prog/ but I seem to have a detection problem.  I just recieved my x2.x programmer and i have a x2 lite mod chip.  When I run the x2bm application, my comp will not detect the mod-chip even after I try to change the LPT port number.  Anyone please help me with this situation.

I'm using:

HP Pavilion laptop
Windows XP Pro
X2BM v2.2
X2.x Programmer (the one that works for all of the X2 mod chips)
X2 Lite Mod-Chip
