This is just the Cromwell bios that is usually sent with modchips, that requires a cd with bios.bin to flash, right?

I plan to flash the TSOP with this 1MB file, so that when I send the box out, it will boot to cromwell, and they insert a cd to flash their own bios to it. This is what I use, correct?
