Title: Evtool X2bm M8_16 Problem

I'm having problems with M8_16 bios.
After i changed the settings in EVTool and saved the bios X2BM 2.2 won't
open the bios file.
How is this possible? Am I doing something wrong?
If i open an unedited bios file in XBM there's no problem.

Hi,
I had the same problem as you. I solved it by making a 512 kb bios (with EvTool) from the original M8_16 bios. Then I tranfered the bios to my xbox and flashed only bank 2 on my X2.6 with FlashX.

Now I got my "new" bios with some changes, and I still have FlashBios on bank 1. And it works! :)

Yes i know it works that way.
But i have a an xbox from a customer who made a bad flash.
So i have no other choice than to use x2bm
I have tried to flash it with an unedited bios using x2bm and after that i wanted to reflash it using flashx and an edited bios but it doesn't work.
flashx says it finished flashing but after rebooting the old bios is still there.
