Title: Xecuter 1.6 Support Soon?
Post by: mike96sc2 on October 06, 2004, 09:49:00 AM
I was curious if anyone knew of there being 1.6 bios support soon from Team Xecuter, I know with the X3 launch that was their priority and all but I've always liked their bioses better than a EvoX's so I thought I would see if I was out of the loop as to their plans.

Been out of the loop for a while myself !!!

Yes I am curious to whether an Xecuter bios will be avalible for ver 1.6 soon and whether can be used on other mod chips besides X3 ???

Just looked and got it "LOOKS LIKE ITS ON XBINS a 1mb bios X3 build 1859...."

Another question does M8 have IGR or is it dashboard reliant via evox etc....
I think its dash reliant from memory ???

*** I should look a bit harder at times EVTOOL has the option to select 2 types of IGR in the bios so I answered my own question YES M8 has IGR but dunno if it has any issues or bugs??  can anyone give a thumbs up for it !!! Cheers

Xecuter did say a while back they will make 1 more x2 bios that will be 1.0 - 1.6 compatible and that it'll be fully customisable in XBTool, unlike their 4983 BIOS. I dont think you'll see anything of it though untill they're happy with the X3.
