Title: Harddisk Activity Light

I have a xbox 1.0 that I use as a server. I have installed both lan LED and hdd LED activity lights. Normally in Cromwell bios the hdd light only comes on when the hardisk or cdrom is active. But, I also have a backup Xecuter bios in case something goes wrong. When I use that bios the hdd activity light stays on even though nothing is happening. Does anyone know what could cause this? Its Xecuter 4981.
