any x2 bios will work on it.. get 4981 or 4983.

for the switch: put the meter on ohms setting and put one probe on each terminal of the switch, it should read zero when the switch is one way and nothing the other way. (im not familiar with the Xecuter switch but I think there is only 2 prongs)
