Title: Confused About My Bios

I have a v1.0 Xbox & Aladdin Advance 32.. from what I can tell it came with 4980.06 bios installed.. should I leave it alone or install a different BIOS?  

I'm also having a weird problem.. My xbox works with the mod chip.. but it seems to be a little weird, I can leave it on for a half hour or so ftp'ing and everything else.. then when I go shut it down and restart it, it frags.  I can leave it alone for 10 minutes, it'll be a little stubborn, but it will start and allow me to mess around with evox again..   Could that be related to bios being corrupt?

if it ain't broke don't fix it :blink:
the bios isn't corrupt. if it would be the box would never boot up. maybe a dry solderjoint on the chip
