Title: What's The Difference Between V1.0, 1.1 And Multi?

the former 2 are specific for just one xbox version, and "multi" means it will boot on any.

So would that make V1.0 the most stable bios for a 1.0 xbox?

It wont exactly boot on any.  Some of them wont boot on the 1.5s and all wont boot 1.6.  Just a heads up before you try and flash your chip with one that isnt compatible with your version of xbox.
