Do you mean the LED flashes Red & Green (FRAG) or is it just flashing Red as you state?

.Is this the cromwell flashbios bios (what was the filename you downloaded?

Take out the modchip in your xbox, put it in a xbox that supports that older bios you flashed onto it.  You can now boot that xbox using that modchip.

Now, flash the modchip to a newer bios version.

remove, put back into your xbox, you should be fine.

uhm.. you have to use a flash tool with the bios (as in, a program such as evox or xflash) now to reflash the chip, just putting in a cd with the bios won't work anymore cause only the chromwell flash bios that USED to be on the chip actually looks for the bios on cd.
