I had an FC version of 4977 on my box with the dashboard and all apps on my F drive. I "upgraded" to 4983.06 but forgot to change it to boot from the F drive first. Well it booted to M$ dash and I discovered my error. So, I throw in my Slayer's Evox installer disc and it loads. I flash with 4977 FC bios and reboot. It still went to M$ dash. So I throw in Slayers again and it shows I have 0 bytes on F. I FTP evox to the C drive and reboot and it does boot to Evox, but still shows that there is no F drive. Am I going to have to format F to get it to show up (I hope not because I have 190 GB of data on there)? Please help!!!

If 4977 is not an LBA48 patched BIOS, there's your problem.
You need a BIOS patched with a "Large F:" LBA48 hack to see the drive.

 Well, a big DUH to me! I flashed with 4979 FC and it worked great! Thank you! I can't believe I missed that. Thanks again!
