Title: Phoenix Loader And Vga Bios?

Is it possible to use the phoenix loader to use the VGA bios only when I need it? And can you convert the VGA bios to a bfm or do I have to find a bfm of it (seems impossible...)

That was taken from the .nfo.  They do exist and can be found in the usual place.
