Please read the flashing guide pinned at the top of this forum. If you want to put 4978.03 in each bank, then yes, you need to make it 1mb.

For the record, I would HIGHLY recommend AGAINST flashing both banks with 4978.03 for now...
Can anyone report how Halo works with this release???
