it appears u flashed it wrong...or with a bad bios...

the only thing u can do now is pay for a programmer... or have a friend with a modded xbox and u can do a HOT SWAP flash ...

Basically, turn on the other modded xbox, boot up evox.  Switch the chips while the xbox is on.  Flash chip from evox.
