Does any game work in the cd drive? it could be the media and the drive you are using? the thomson that comes in there is terrible.

So basically you're saying the chip works, and you flashed it fine, however KOTOR doesn't play?
Do a search in the other forums regarding KOTOR or your disc creation/ripping methods.

This doesn't sound like a bios problem at all since they are loading fine for you.
