i don't believe it could be your bios. Be sure all the IGR in the evox.ini are off. It creates problems. I believe you have to turn off i think all 3 or was it 4 i forgot. ggod luck.

Go to the tools section of xbox-scene.com and click on Development Tools & XBE patching.  There are several patching tools there.  This may not work, however.  I have still had problems, and think it may have something to do with a screwed up c drive, and the programs live update (which caused the screw up in the first place).  I think I'm just gonna delete the game and forget about it.  It's net even a very good game, and it's the only one with the problem.  At any rate, try some of those tools.  I think I used xbpatch2.

      Thank you for taking the time. I have figured out what my problem was.
I didn't have all of the IGR settings turned off. Now that I have set those to off all of the newer games are now working.
