A search would have given you an answer in about 5 mins.

To anwer your question there is a prog especially for this.  It is called flashx (Not xflash).

you have to flash a 1mb file... with the lite (to the best of my knowledge) you can't just flash one bank.
put the bios you love in the first 512k bank and the other one you want in the 2nd bank
