XBtool messed your bios up, what mod chip are you using?
You need to reflash your chip with a known working bios.
The same thing happened to me after modding a D6 bios with XBtool.
Not a big deal for me as I have Chameleon and I can boot from a diff bank
and reflash the messed up one.

For an X2Lite:
If the bank selection jumper is on, take it off. If the jumper is off, put it on. Then, turn on your xbox and hope that you only flashed your bad bios to 1 bank.
I'm not sure on the DIP switch settings to boot the other banks on an X2pro though

The exact same thing happend to my buddy when he flashed his tsop, the problem is when u edit a bios file with xbtool its gonna create a different MD5 number sequence that you MUST add to your evox.ini file linking it to the new bios you just created. If you dont do it itll give you that black screen and do nothing =(, If you have a mod chip like the X2, and possibly flashed the whole 1mb capacity with that bad bios file, you will need to reflash it with you PC,
Here are X2pro dip switch settings
0=off
1=on
|Sw1|Sw2|Sw3| Bank Selected
