Title: How Can I Update My Xbox Bios To X2 Bios 4975+?

Use an app called flashx.  You can bank flash your x2 one bank at a time.  If you have a lite, you need to build a 512kb 4977 bios.bin file using X2BM.  If you have a pro you can flash a 256kb 4977 bios.bin file.   FTP that to your hd in a c:/bios folder.  When you run flashx you can select which bank to flash.
